今は昔 懐かしい タマルパイヤス 周辺。
サンフランシスコの真北にゴールデンブリッジが南北に架かっていて、北へ行くと、 富士山のトロイデ状のタマルパイヤス山（ Mt．Tamalpaias ）がある。 その右側がソーサリートと言うヨットハーバーで、左側は太平洋。 タマルパイヤス山の中腹には、日本からの攻撃に備えて、砲台があった。 山の中腹には私が一ヶ月投宿していたロイドとナンシーの家がある。 ある日、ベランダで、テーブルの紙が風で吹っ飛んでいった。 私が思わず「Gone with the wind」と言ったら、、拍手喝采！ これ以上懐かしいところは無い。
